What's Included In The School..

WEEKLY

LIVE Weekly Impromptu Speaking Sessions with Maria Malik

Here is how it will work. Every week you will join a Live zoom group call with Maria. You will:

Receive a different prompt/exercise during the first 10 minutes
You will then complete prompt/exercise during the call
You will then practice and get live feedback from Maria
Sessions are held every Thursday at 10 am PST & 3:00 pm PST (you just join 1 a week)

Each 60 to 70 minute session is different depending on the topic being covered that week so you will never get bored. Sessions are very interactive and fun. Best of all, you will leave each session feeling better about your speaking skills then when you came in.

Example Session #1:

Preparing For Speaking

This session will focus on preparing you for different types of speaking engagements in the corporate world such as meetings, presentations or panel discussions.

Learn how to create my signature Skeleton notes to save you time and effort.
Create your own notes during the session
Present and get feedback from Maria & other members

Skeleton Notes have been a game changer for anyone who feels they do not know where to start and how to prepare for speaking engagements. After this session, you will be able to save time and reduce your stress levels.

Example Session #2:

Impromptu Speaking

This session will prepare you for when you are put on the spot and you have to speak. This could be during meetings, presentations or even interviews. You will learn how to:

Articulate your thoughts better so you can speak effortlessly
Learn my 4 Step Frame Work & speaking structure to deliver your message confidently
You will practice and get feedback from Maria.

After completing this session you will know what to say and how to say it when you need to speak without any preparation. This is especially helpful if you go blank under pressure.

Example Session #3

Delivering a Presentation

Contrary to popular belief, you are your presentation. Not your slides or notes. This Session will focus on how to present like a leader so you are taken more seriously.

You will learn best practices for non-verbal communication
You will create your own presentation with given prompts
You will then present and get feedback

Once you learn the importance of non-verbal communication and how to present any topic, your presentation will become easier for your to deliver and more enjoyable for your audience members.

I'm Maria Malik
